Everyone is unique My experience as a Coach spans over more than 30 years. I have held a variety of coaching roles, and I have undertaken training in many techniques over those years so that I can offer a wide range of coaching skills. These include study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Neuro Semanics, Emotional Intelligence (EI), Multiple Brain Integration Coaching (MBIT), Neuro Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy (Adv NLP Coach Clin Hyp) and The Lightning Process (I was a registered Advanced LP Practitioner 2018-2026). Don't worry about all the labels though - what I'm saying is that I have a range of knowledge, experience and practical life skill tools to work with you in whatever way fits best with you. In our first session we will explore what is happening for you and identify your unique needs. We will set goals together, then start making progress towards real life change.

Work for you to doMy goal is to help you shift into a new way of life, one where you have the resources to continually progress, without my help. To that end, I will grow both your knowledge base and your practical ability to think, feel, and show up differently in life. Helping you get unstuck isn’t just about our sessions together. The time in between our sessions is also when changes will occur. That’s when you will put into practice the specific tools and insights we have covered. Follow up sessions will review your progress, celebrate your successes, and work on any other changes you would like to make. The number of sessions are best determined by your progress - we will decide together what you need and when, to help you engage with your new way of living.
